Metro Web Design charges for the skill and labour required to create a custom Blogger business blog template and integrate it into an existing website. Or, put simply - we are web designers who specialise in the creation and implementation of custom Blogger templates.

And just to be crystal clear – we are in no way charging for the use of Google’s Blogger service (it’s free to use) or attempting to resell it in any way, shape or form. Back

Absolutely! Blogger provides a variety of premade Blogger blog templates, making it simple for anyone to get a Blogger blog up and running in no time at all. However – most professionals want their Blogger business blog to fit cohesively (or integrate) in with their main website rather than looking like a generic Blogger template. 6. What about hosting and domains?

You can choose to buy your own domain for use with your Blogger blog or you can use one with the ".blogspot.com" address. Blogger allows you to host your entire blog on its servers for free but you can also opt for the FTP publishing option. Back

7. What is an RSS feed?

RSS is an acronym for Really Simple Syndication. RSS feeds allow web authors to distribute frequently updated content (i.e. blog entries, news, podcasts etc.) in a standardized format. Readers can easily subscribe to an RSS feed simply by clicking on a link. Alternately, some feeds can be delivered via email to subscribed readers.

The standardized format (usually XML or Extensible Markup Language) of RSS feeds allows them to be viewed in a variety of different feed readers or in the web browser itself. Back
